June - Morgan Turns 14 on the 7th!

School is out and we are ready to enjoy the freedoms associated with summer! Morgan will be leaving on Thursday morning at 2 a.m. for her 8th grade trip to Washington D.C. She will be enjoying 4 days without her family and experiencing some exciting historical sites. She will be celebrating her 14th birthday with some of her classmates and will return on June 8th. She has shown many signs of growing up. She was lucky enough to get 24 red roses from her boyfriend Dillon, and she began reading her Nebraska motor vehicle manual. She wants to try and pass the test so she can start "practice" driving. I hope that we are all up for this new era in High School. Chase started baseball games this week, basketball camp, soccer camp, and summer bowling. Next week, he will begin golf camp and soccer camp. He has been enjoying his friend "Toby" and swinging on his rope swing. Chase loves the feeling of flying off the tree and sailing through the air. I think that he is at the age that we all wish would last forever! Mike has been fine tuning his new "induction" for county fairs. Please put the dates on your calendar and come join us if you can!
